TAA Memberships

The Texas Ambulance Association (TAA) represents and supports emergency medical service providers across the state through advocacy, education, and collaboration. Membership connects you with a statewide network of EMS professionals and organizations dedicated to advancing prehospital care in Texas.

How do I get started with the Texas Ambulance Association?

The Texas Ambulance Association membership runs annually from January 1—December 31, and there are two membership types available:

General TAA Membership

General Membership is open to any organization providing ambulance or emergency medical services and their employees.

Diamond Level

$ 10,000 Annual Fee
  • 2 conference hotel nights (3 rooms)
  • 3 annual conference registrations
  • 3 seminar/event registrations
  • 20% off additional registrations
  • Voting rights on bylaws, board elections, and conference location
  • Eligibility to serve as board members
  • Access to 2-3 exclusive webinars per year
  • Quarterly newsletter with legislative updates, industry news, and TAA events

Platinum Level

$ 5,000 Annual Fee
  • 2 conference hotel nights (2 rooms)
  • 2 annual conference registrations
  • 2 seminar/event registrations
  • 20% off additional registrations
  • Voting rights on bylaws, board elections, and conference location
  • Eligibility to serve as board members
  • Access to 2-3 exclusive webinars per year
  • Quarterly newsletter with legislative updates, industry news, and TAA events

Gold Level

$ 2,500 Annual Fee
  • Minimum level for multi‐state providers
  • 2 annual conference registrations
  • 2 seminar/event registrations
  • 10% off additional registrations
  • Voting rights on bylaws, board elections, and conference location
  • Eligibility to serve as board members
  • Access to 2-3 exclusive webinars per year
  • Quarterly newsletter with legislative updates, industry news, and TAA events

Silver Level

$ 1,500 Annual Fee
  • 1 annual conference registration
  • 1 seminar/event registration

Vendor TAA Membership

Vendor Membership is open to individuals, volunteer or public organizations, institutions, vendors, foundations, and other entities interested in supporting and advancing the goals of TAA.

Gold Level

$ 5,000 Annual Fee
  • 2 conference hotel nights (2 rooms)
  • Double Booth at TAA Conference
  • Five-minute presentation at the conference lunch
  • Prominent event signage/level recognition (all TAA events)
  • Prominent website exposure w/ logo and URL link

Silver Level

$ 2,500 Annual Fee
  • 2 conference hotel nights (1 room)
