Rachel B. Harracksingh serves as President of Life Ambulance Service, Inc. in El Paso, Texas. She holds a Master of Business Administration and has long been a respected leader in the EMS community. Ms. Harracksingh is a past Region 4 Director of the American Ambulance Association and a past president of the Texas Ambulance Association, where she also served as Legislative and Reimbursement Chair.
Her outstanding service and dedication have been recognized with multiple honors, including the Texas Ambulance Association’s Joe Brown Humanitarian Award and the American Ambulance Association’s Outstanding Volunteer Award.
